About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Columbus, Mississippi. As a Physical Therapist with LHC Group, you will have the opportunity to work with patients in their homes, providing one-on-one care and support to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patient functional status and physical therapy needs
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patient mobility, endurance, and overall well-being
  • Provide ongoing assessment and evaluation of patient progress
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
