Key Responsibilities
  • Grill various meats, vegetables, and other food items as per the menu specifications, ensuring food is cooked to the correct temperature and presented attractively.
  • Operate fryers safely and efficiently to prepare fried foods such as fries, chicken tenders, and other menu items, monitoring oil temperature and quality.
  • Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and portioning as per recipes, assisting in the preparation of salads, appetizers, and other dishes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and equipment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and follow instructions from the head chef or kitchen manager.
  • Monitor inventory and report any shortages or equipment issues.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a grill, fry, or prep cook in a high-volume environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment is essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during peak times.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, especially during concert events.
