Job Description

Knox College is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Football Coach to join our team. As a key member of our coaching staff, you will be responsible for supporting the Head Football Coach in all aspects of the program, including recruiting, practice planning, and game day operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in football coaching, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects. A bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and playing or coaching experience at the collegiate level are required.

Preferred qualifications include coaching experience at the collegiate level, recruiting experience, and experience with HUDL video editing system, Front Rush Database, and Photoshop. The successful candidate will be a team player who is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment for underrepresented communities.
