Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality care to a diverse adult population in our Outpatient Neuro Rehabilitation Program. The ideal candidate will have experience working with stroke and brain injury patients and be able to provide weekday support to a strong, multidisciplinary clinical team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized occupational therapy services to patients with neurological conditions
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to promote patient independence and functional ability
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with department policies
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and treatment plans
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
  • Virginia license required upon start
  • BLS certification through the American Heart Association
  • Experience working with stroke and brain injury patients preferred
