Responsibilities:
As a Primary Care Physician, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality outpatient primary care to Veterans enrolled in our health care system.
  • Collaborate with the Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) to manage a designated panel of patients, with panel size determined by established guidelines.
  • Engage in a patient-centered, team-based approach to health care, ensuring effective communication and coordination among interdisciplinary team members.
  • Participate in the management of specific patient populations, which may include special projects or initiatives relevant to your expertise.
  • Provide clinical oversight and mentorship to mid-level providers as needed.

Work Schedule:
This position typically follows a Monday to Friday schedule, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
