Key Responsibilities- Mental Health Assessment and Treatment: Diagnose and treat mental health conditions in military personnel, including individual and group therapy.
- Individualized Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each patient.
- Patient Education and Support: Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote mental health and well-being.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication with patients and families.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing from an accredited institution, with a minimum of six months experience in mental health nursing.
- Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of mental health nursing process and individual/family dynamics, as well as completion of Officer Training School course.
- Age Requirement: Between 18 and 47 years old.
