Responsibilities
  • Assess and support patients' physical symptoms, providing psychological support to patients, friends, and families.
  • Mentor assigned team members, promoting best practices and maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Collaborate with providers and multidisciplinary care team members to provide care coordination across the continuum.
Requirements
  • Current State license as a Registered Nurse required.
  • BLS required; PALS and ACLS required within one year of hire.
  • 6 months' experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • BSN degree.
  • Previous ICU, ED, or procedural experience.
