About the Role

The Universal Banker is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients. As a Banking Professional, you will be the face of our organization, providing personalized support and guidance to help our clients achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and professional service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our products and services, using this knowledge to educate and advise our clients on the best options for their needs.
  • Transaction Processing: Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring that our clients' financial needs are met in a timely manner.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise, using sound judgment and a customer-centric approach.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals, sharing knowledge and best practices to ensure exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
