About the Job:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Child Development Coach to join our team at Soar Autism Center Inc. As a Child Development Coach, you will work directly with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to help them develop essential life skills and achieve their goals.

You will be responsible for implementing Behavior Intervention Plans and skill acquisition goals designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This will involve providing 1:1 instruction in communication, social, play, and independent living skills, as well as recording daily data to reflect client progress towards goals.

This is a part-time (less than 20 hour/week) and full-time (20-35 hours/week) position offering flexible scheduling and consistent training and support. We offer a competitive hourly compensation rate of $18-$25 per hour, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality 1:1 instruction to children with ASD in communication, social, play, and independent living skills
  • Record daily data to reflect client progress toward goals
  • Maintain objective daily session notes
  • Maintain effective communication with team members and supervisors
