Job SummaryWe are seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our team at Manatee Memorial Hospital. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing direct basic nutrition services, managing and promoting food and nutrition programs, and collaborating with culinary and clinical departments. The successful candidate will be licensed in the state of Florida, a Registered Dietitian, and have excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Provide nutrition care to patients to ensure their needs and satisfaction levels are met.
- Manage, promote, and educate others on food and nutrition programs according to Manatee Memorial Hospital standards and policy.
- Collaborate and communicate with culinary and clinical departments on established processes, special diets, and menu requests.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Manatee Memorial Hospital/client policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition or related field.
- Eligibility requirements for certification as a Registered Dietitian.
- Licensed in the state of Florida.
