Job Title: Pediatric Intensive Care Nurse

Host Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Intensive Care Nurse to join their team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Pediatric Intensive Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill children in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Summary:
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill children in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medication, and treatment plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Washington
  • 2+ years of experience in Pediatric Intensive Care
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
