Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Community Relations Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive approach to community engagement, building relationships with key stakeholders, and advocating for our goals.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to promote financial education and wellness initiatives
• Build and maintain relationships with community foundations and manage volunteer opportunities and charitable donations
• Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to develop campaigns that engage Team Members and facilitate the annual Pay It Forward Scholarships for high school seniors
• Stay informed on trends in community engagement and volunteerism, providing insights and coordinating appreciation events

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years leading nonprofit or community development programs; credit union and/or community bank experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with a collaborative mindset
• Proven capability to develop, launch, and manage large initiatives
• Able to write and deliver clear, concise presentations to diverse audiences
• Familiarity with standards and regulations related to federal grants and funding for community and economic development is a plus
