Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dermatology Physician to join our team at Northwest Community Hospital. As a key member of our medical staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading our dermatology services to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide comprehensive dermatology services to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of skin conditions.
  2. Collaborate with our interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
  3. Develop and implement evidence-based clinical protocols and guidelines to improve patient care and outcomes.
  4. Lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and safety.
  5. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure clear understanding of patient needs and care plans.
  6. Stay current with the latest advancements in dermatology and implement best practices in patient care.
Requirements
  • Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree.
  • Board certification or board eligibility in Dermatology.
  • Current Illinois medical license and DEA registration.
  • Current CPR certification and ACLS or PALS certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize patient care.
