About the Role

This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in construction management. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working as a foreman, with a strong understanding of construction principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of all aspects of designated construction projects
  • Allocation of resources for assigned projects
  • Supervision of onsite personnel and subcontractors
  • Interface with project inspectors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients

The estimated salary for this position is $90,000-$120,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer competitive benefits, including healthcare, 401k, paid holidays, and vacation time.
