About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Baldwin County. As a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to provide essential one-on-one care to patients in their homes, while supporting their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop treatment plans to address speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current, unrestricted license as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Alabama
  • Basic Life Support or cardiopulmonary resuscitation certification
  • Minimum of one year's work experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
