Key Responsibilities- Evaluate clients' needs and mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol.
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, school staff as needed, and other Ellie staff.
- Communicate and coordinate with clients on their payment responsibilities, including collecting co-pays and client balances.
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
- Conduct occasional outreach activities in support of the clinic and your caseload.
- Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
- Full/unrestricted clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, etc.) with a valid license to practice in the state of Colorado.
- Cultural competency for working with military service members, veterans, and their families.
- Experience with completing psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.
- Proficient in using MacBook, app-based phone software, and Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Teams.
- Adept at learning and navigating Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
- Willing to undergo a background check, reference checks, and U.S. work authorization check.
- Competitive compensation (hourly base pay plus commission) between $65,000-$80,000 depending on training/licensing, language proficiency, number of clients seen, and years of experience.
