We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at NurseCore in Solvang. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients.
Responsibilities:- Take and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration.
- Inform the clinical director of any changes in client conditions.
- Document care given, observations, and treatments.
- Comply with facility policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Ensure and protect clients' rights and maintain confidentiality.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
- Current CNA licensure with the State Board of Nursing in California.
- At least 18 years of age.
- 1+ years of CNA experience in a supervised setting within the past 3 years.
- Current CPR certification.
- Negative TB/PPD or Chest X-Ray within the last 12 months.
- Proof of current physical completed within the last 12 months.
- Successful completion of skills assessment specific to the area of expertise.
We offer a competitive pay range of $21-$23/hour, weekly/daily pay options, and a $300 sign-on bonus. Our team is committed to providing a supportive and flexible work environment.
