Job DescriptionAs a Resident Care Specialist at Sunrise Senior Living, you will be responsible for providing individualized care and support to a consistent group of residents. Your duties will include:
- Providing assistance with daily living activities and attending to individual care needs
- Notifying management of changes in condition and recommending adjustments in level of care and service
- Participating in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and monthly updates
- Assisting residents in life skills and other life-enriching activities as indicated on their individual profiles
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for delivering high-quality care and service to seniors.
RequirementsWe're seeking candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent, who possess strong organizational and time management skills. Previous experience working with seniors is preferred, but not required.
