Key Responsibilities- Standards of Practice
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Implement evidence-based practices to promote patient safety and quality outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and achieve desired outcomes
- Standards of Professional Performance
- Practice ethically and maintain confidentiality in all patient interactions
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut
- 2 years of acute care RN experience or 2 years of oncology RN experience
This role requires prolonged standing, walking, and use of sight, hearing, and touch. May be exposed to infectious diseases and physical, mental, and emotional illness.
