Cable Harness Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cable Harness Specialist to join our team at Butler America Aerospace L.L.C. in Oldsmar, FL 34677. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience with IPC 610 and/or IPC 620 Assembly and/or Cable Assembly.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling electrical wire harnesses, using hand tools to strip, crimp, and assemble copper and coax wire. They must be able to follow a process, read and understand print instructions.
Responsibilities:- Assemble electrical wire harnesses according to specifications.
- Use hand tools to strip, crimp, and assemble copper and coax wire.
- Follow a process, read and understand print instructions.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Prior experience or certification with IPC 610 Assembly is a plus.
- Prior experience or certification with IPC 620 Cable Assembly is a plus.
- Able to work 4-10 hour shifts, Monday through Thursday.
- Pass a drug test.
- Pass a background check.
- US Citizen or Permanent Resident required.
- Competitive salary range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
