We are hiring a Senior Electronic Security Project Lead to plan, organize, direct and control project-planning and performance activities for effective management of electronic security installation projects. Responsibilities include overall project budget management, project surveys, material procurement, project implementation and inspection scheduling.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines, and strong analytical decision-making capabilities. They must also be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external customers.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Manage project teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Analyze project data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for enhancement.
  • Maintain open communication with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or budgets.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to complete their tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, engineering, or computer science.
  • At least 6 years of experience in project management, preferably in the electronic security industry.
  • PMP certification from the Project Management Institute is preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
