Program Overview

Our internship program offers a unique opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in the financial industry. As an intern, you will work directly with our team on meaningful projects, developing relevant skills to jumpstart your career. You will also have the opportunity to participate in weekly program events, network with senior leaders, and socialize with your fellow interns.

The program is designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience, with a focus on developing your analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. You will work on real-world projects, interacting with stakeholders and developing professional skills related to assigned areas of Audit.

Responsibilities
  • Validate the effectiveness of business unit controls
  • Interact with stakeholders to understand oversight of accounting and financial infrastructures
  • Develop professional skills related to assigned areas of Audit
  • Completes and compiles a high-quality summary of findings and recommendations for review in a concise and professional manner
Requirements
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related area at an accredited college/university with an expected graduate date of December 2025 through Summer 2026
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Interest in and curiosity to learn more about financial markets
  • Knowledge of accounting and financial principles, usually acquired through accounting/finance coursework or prior related experience
  • Proven analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills through course work, projects, and/or previous internship experience
  • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork through projects and extracurricular involvement
