WHAT THIS ROLE ENTAILS:

- Execute the load-in and load-out of band and rental equipment.

- Secure necessary passes and tickets while preparing guest lists under the guidance of the Stage Manager.

- Assist the audio and lighting teams with cabling as directed.

- Facilitate band set changes efficiently.

- Ensure band members have all required items for their performances.

- Communicate event details to the production crew effectively.

- Hang show banners and update venue signage as needed.

- Coordinate food arrangements for the band within the venue.

- Support lighting and audio teams as directed by the Stage Manager or Production Manager, including spotlight operation if necessary.

- Maintain and repair sound, lighting, and stage equipment.

- Assist the Stage Manager with show passes as required.

- Manage and secure house backline and supplies.

- Maintain curtains, drapes, risers, and other staging items.

- Assist audio crew with stands, microphones, cables, etc.

- Assist lighting crew with fixtures, lamps, gels, cabling, etc.

- Operate and maintain stage areas in a safe and clean manner.

- Assist with operations for special events.

- Ensure stage cleanliness by removing trash and preparing for subsequent shows when possible.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tour and stage production.

- Proficiency in stage lighting, professional audio systems, and basic video systems.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Proficient in all Microsoft applications.

- Exceptional interpersonal communication and organizational skills.

- High School Diploma.

Preferred:

- College Degree.

Physical Demands/Working Environment:

- Must be capable of lifting up to 75 lbs.

- Work in environments with moderate to loud noise levels.
