Oracle IAM Architect - High Availability Setup

About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise IAM Architect to join our team at Sligo Software Solutions Inc. As an Enterprise IAM Architect, you will be responsible for defining the architecture for disaster recovery components and architecting new features based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implementation of Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite 12cPS4: You will work on building out and supporting Oracle Identity and Access Governance 12c stack environments, including Oracle Identity Governance, Oracle Access Manager, Oracle Internet Directory, Oracle Virtual Directory, Oracle Unified Directory, and Oracle HTTP Server.
  • Testing procedures and validation: Creation of SIT and UAT testing procedures to ensure that business rules, governance, etc. are configured and validated. Automated/scripted testing is preferred to manual testing.
  • Administrative roles and SOA composites: Create and manage administrative roles and associated SOA composites.
  • Migrations and integrations: Ensure that all provisioning attributes for all targets are validated, and all trusted reconciliation attributes are processed and set into user form, with calculated attributes handled properly.
  • Customization and configuration: Customize OAM Features such as Header Based, SAML/Federation, OAuth, OpenID Connect, MFA, Advanced Authentication, etc. as per application use cases in high availability setup; OAAM and/or 12c MicroServices.
  • Installation, Configuration, Customization, Deployment, Integration, Performance Tuning: Install, configure, customize, deploy, integrate, perform, and conduct performance tuning of Oracle Unified Directory 12cPS4.
  • API usage and deployment: Configure to leverage API usage in all Oracle IAM components for various use cases, develop solution to deploy and run 12c microservices releases in Identity Governance and Access Management.
  • Debugging and collaboration: Debug various internal and external integration issues not limited to the products but also OS related, Load balancers, Firewalls, App Servers, etc., collaborate with external teams such as Oracle Support, Networking, Systems, DBA, and Application Teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 14+ Years of Experience: Defines the architecture of a computerized system (i.e., a system composed of software and hardware) in order to fulfill certain requirements, including a breakdown of the system into components, component interactions and interfaces (including with the environment, especially the user), and the technologies and resources to be used in the design.
  • 84 months of experience in the design, configuration, customization, deployment, integration, and performance tuning of the Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite 12cPS4 (OIG + OAM) in high availability mode.
  • Java development skills: Proficient in Java development, specifically pertaining to OIM connectors, scheduled tasks, and event handlers, and/or involving OIM's ADF, and/or involving Microsoft's Graph API for Azure cloud tenants.
  • WebLogic experience: Deploying and configuring LDAP, AD (on-premises), and PSFT (provisioning and listener) connector instances for OIG 12cPS4.
  • Custom Admin Roles: Developing custom admin roles (including ones with overlapping scope) for Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) 12cPS4 deployments.
  • BI Publisher: Developing custom Oracle BI Publisher reports.
