We are seeking a highly skilled Control Systems Manager to join our team at Molson Coors Beverage Company. As a key member of our Technical Services team, you will be responsible for delivering enterprise and Operational Technology (OT) solutions for packaging, brewing, utilities, warehouse, and wastewater treatment plant control systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead brewery-wide control systems OT change management and develop effective change control procedures.
  • Provide technical and operational support for capital project implementation.
  • Support capital project control system architecture, budgeting for packaging and process control solutions, and brewery OT control system infrastructure development.
  • Manage OT control systems software and hardware infrastructure.
  • Support Brewery and Corporate projects following WCSC governance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Chemical Engineering, or equivalent experience (8-10 years) in the field of controls systems.
  • At least 8 years of experience in leading manufacturing/operation control systems and participating in design activities associated with developing, designing, and implementing control systems capital projects.
  • Advanced technical and practical application experience is required.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Accountability for results, acting with integrity and honoring commitments.
  • Thirst for learning and willingness to help others grow.
