Overview:
As a Banquet Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service at various events. Your responsibilities will include the preparation, setup, and serving of food and beverages to guests, ensuring a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assemble and deliver all necessary food and supplies for catered events to designated locations.
2. Arrange tables and decorations to create an inviting atmosphere.
3. Set up buffet tables with food, beverages, and service items according to established standards.
4. Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional manner.
5. Clean and pack dishes and utensils post-service.
6. Return unserved food and beverages, along with serving equipment, to the designated area.
7. Ensure all display foods are presented attractively and meet established merchandising standards.
8. Handle food items appropriately during preparation and service.
9. Maintain cleanliness of display equipment throughout the meal service.
10. Thoroughly clean workstations before transitioning to other assignments.
11. Assist with food and table preparation prior to events.
12. Serve plated meals and respond to guest requests for beverages and appetizers.
13. Handle alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage orders, including wine service.
14. Clean up the venue after events and assist with inventory and food storage tasks.

Qualifications:
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Must comply with applicable state and local health regulations for food handlers.
