Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently to deliver packages to customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service by being courteous and responsive to customer needs.
  • Check shipments for accuracy and completeness, and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, such as loading and unloading packages.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maneuver packages of any weight with assistance.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a delivery or transportation role.
  • Knowledge of FedEx policies and procedures.

Working Conditions:

This is a non-covered safety-sensitive position, and the employee will be required to undergo a medical exam in accordance with FHWA or FAA regulations.
