Responsibilities

As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating patients and developing personalized treatment plans to address their unique needs. You will work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and optimal outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating patients and developing treatment plans to improve motor functions and reasoning abilities
  • Teaching patients to perform daily living and working tasks in their environments
  • Assisting patients in selecting adaptive equipment and assistive devices
  • Integrating the hospital's mission and values into daily practice
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
  • Basic Life Support/CPR certification
  • One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting (preferred)

You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
