Job SummaryThe role of the Commercial Kitchen Ventilation Technician is to perform full installations of our DCKV system in commercial kitchens. This involves installing various sensors directly to the kitchen hoods, installing Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) to modulate exhaust fans, and programming and commissioning the DCKV system.
