About the Opportunity
We Deliver Well, LLC is seeking highly motivated and customer-focused Delivery Associates to join our team in Greensboro, NC. As a key member of our delivery operation, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient delivery of packages to Amazon customers throughout the area.

Competitive Compensation
This full-time opportunity offers a competitive salary of $19.50 per hour, with overtime and bonus opportunities available. You will also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401K plan with matching contributions.

Requirements and Responsibilities
To be successful in this role, you must be energetic and hardworking, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. You should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and have a strong commitment to personal accountability. Additionally, you must meet the following requirements:
  • Pledge to make safety a daily priority
  • Be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license of the type required by law to operate applicable vehicles
  • Pass a drug screen
  • Have the ability to get in and out of a vehicle and climb stairs many times a day
  • Be willing to work weekends
  • Complete classroom-style and on-the-road training before progressing into individual route assignment
  • Complete routes in 10 hours or less
