Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist at Enhabit Home Health & Hospice, you will play a critical role in helping patients with debilitating conditions improve their daily living skills and motor functions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patients' daily living skills and motor functions.
  • Administer skilled care to clients requiring intermittent professional services.
  • Teach family members and other healthcare team members to provide ongoing support and care.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy.
  • Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state where you practice.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in home health care, preferably with Medicare experience.
