Job Title: Food and Beverage Quality Control Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Quality Control Professional to join our team at MAC Incorporated in Waco, TX.

This is a 3rd shift position (7PM-730AM) with an estimated salary of $20.97/hour + $1.00 shift differential per hour, totaling approximately $43,459/year for 40 hours/week.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Food Science, Quality, or related discipline and at least 3 years of experience in Quality within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food/beverage industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to all health and safety policies/procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Responsible to adhere to food quality and food safety as per quality standards and/or Safe Quality Food requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of all tests and retests performed and complete other required reports in a timely manner.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in Excel, Word, SAP, and Power Point.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems, results-oriented.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, adaptable to change.
