Responsibilities- Key Responsibilities:
- Source, Close, and manage clients on behalf of the trading desk and lending departments
- Support the sales team's efforts to ensure proper outreach while upholding SDMs professional brand identities
- Create and monitor targeted outreach and lead nurturing campaigns
- Provide proactive market insight to counter-parties;
- Attend industry events and conferences
- Coordinate communication and education sessions to employees and/or managers for plans and programs related to brokerage and lending sales
- Optimize existing pricing models to streamline the closing process
- Analyze buyer personas, and manage the creation of new sales material per buyer persona
- Update existing Sales Material and any other resources required to help your sales team
- Share efficient prospecting processes by leveraging tools and company assets
- Maintain and develop loyalty with existing partners and clients
- Close new business regularly
- Understanding of Digital Assets or Cryptocurrency industry
- Experience in sales, finance, or crypto are an asset
- Excellent computer skills including advanced knowledge and competency with Microsoft Excel and an understanding of finance
- Knowledge and experience in using a CRM
- Ability to source, inform, close and manage large client accounts
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and issues with tact and diplomacy
- Exceptional organizational skills and deliver projects on time
- Highly skilled in learning on the job and continuously learning
- Competitive salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
