Captain

At Dave & Buster's, we're looking for a Captain to join our team As a Captain, you'll be the face of our establishment, ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable experience. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service, managing wait times, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

• Provide top-notch service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Manage wait times and communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment, including the Viewpoint and Midway areas.
• Assist with the rental of billiards and shuffleboards, resetting the area after each use.
• Provide game assistance and notify support technicians or management as needed.
• Direct guests to kiosk areas and answer questions as needed.
• Ensure guests adhere to house policies and inform management of any issues.
• Bid farewell to guests, ensuring everything was satisfactory and inviting them to return.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must demonstrate ability to read and communicate in English.
• Must be able to work days, nights, and weekends as required.
• Must be able to work in environments with both hot and cold temperatures.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.

• Competitive hourly rate: $15 per hour.
