About the Role

Resource Management Concepts, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, implement, and operate network services/systems, including hardware and virtual environments.
  • Develop and maintain network security protocols to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of our data.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and implement new technologies that improve our network infrastructure.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to our team members on network-related issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in network engineering.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 10 years of experience in network engineering, with at least 3 years of experience with Cisco products in an Ethernet environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of hardware and software products, including Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and managerial skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems, conduct research, and propose new technology solutions.
  • Active DoD TOP SECRET clearance.
