Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough system checks to ensure vehicles are secure and functioning properly.
  • Isolate and diagnose issues, then drive vehicles for testing purposes and inspect fluid levels as needed.
  • Install new oil drain plugs and filters, and communicate oil levels to teammates.
  • Maintain efficiency and accuracy in diagnosing and repairing vehicles.
  • Repair or replace worn parts to prevent breakdowns or damage.
  • Operate power tools, machine tools, and common hand tools to perform various tasks.
Qualifications
  • Deep understanding of automobiles and speedy diagnostic abilities.
  • Effective analytical and communication skills, with a willingness to improve.
  • Ability to learn new technology, repair procedures, and specifications.
  • Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; ASE Certification or technical degree preferred.
  • One year of experience in a service department and a valid driver's license.
  • Able to pass a background check and drug screening.
