PV System Technician Supervisor

Solar Repair Lead Job Description: As a key member of our Outside Operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our solar repair services. You will be responsible for leading a team of technicians, managing daily operations, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of 1-3 technicians in installing, repairing, and maintaining rooftop and ground-mount solar PV systems
2. Manage daily operations, including loading and unloading company vehicles, maintaining stock, and accurately pulling material based on construction plans
3. Inspect and maintain equipment, including safety gear and tools
4. Ensure compliance with company and safety policies and procedures
5. Collaborate with Senior Manager of Post Install to address job-related issues or employee concerns

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-year experience as a solar installer
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
