We are seeking a skilled Cake Decorator to join our team at Dunkin' Donuts. As a Cake Decorator, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing cakes and baked goods that meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Design and decorate cakes and other baked goods to meet customer specifications
- Prepare and maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
- Operate bakery equipment, including mixers, ovens, and decorating tools
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting production deadlines and maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Previous experience in cake decorating or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of bakery equipment and decorating techniques
