LHC Group is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Red Bud, Illinois.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, home assessments, and adaptive equipment.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with the plan of care, using evidence-based techniques and in coordination with other members of the healthcare team.
  • Evaluate patient progress and make adjustments to the therapy plan as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Current Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of Illinois.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
