Job Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer transactions, including processing payments and making change, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to Huddle House's high standards for cleanliness and safety.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery, communicating effectively to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with menu items, promotions, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, as required by the business.
