Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinic Director/Physical Therapist to join our team at Rancho Physical Therapy. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, maintaining an active patient load, and providing guidance to staff.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in physical therapy, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting. A Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy is required, along with current licensure as a Physical Therapist in California or acceptance of licensure by official date of hire.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services
  • Maintain an active patient load, providing high-quality care
  • Lead and motivate staff, promoting a positive work environment
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new patients
  • Collaborate with administrative teams to ensure efficient clinic operations

Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy or related field
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in California or acceptance of licensure by official date of hire
  • Minimum 2 years' experience treating patients in an orthopedic, outpatient clinical setting
  • Advanced Board Certification (OCS, SCS, CHT) and/or supervisory experience in a physical therapy or rehabilitation setting

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience
