Job Overview

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to fill Server positions. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, serving food and beverages promptly, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently and effectively, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality service
  • Engage with guests to understand their needs and preferences, making recommendations and suggestions to enhance their experience
  • Process orders, deliver food and beverages, and manage payments with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
Requirements
  • Welcoming and guest service-driven personality
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays, as well as flexible scheduling
  • Previous serving experience preferred, but not required
