Position Overview

At Lazarus Naturals, we are dedicated to providing high-quality CBD products that are accessible to everyone. As a Logistics and Shipping Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders using a pick list and prepare them for shipment in accordance with company standards.
  • Retrieve merchandise from storage areas and verify the completeness and accuracy of all orders.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on products prior to shipment to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Utilize forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to transport materials to the appropriate workstations.
  • Inspect shipment contents and compare them with records such as manifests and invoices to confirm accuracy.
  • Assist with all warehousing tasks, including organizing products in inventory and managing transactions in our inventory system.
  • Perform daily inventory counts by physically counting materials.
  • Handle outbound shipments by selecting products, packing boxes, and generating shipping labels.
  • Secure shipments for safe transportation through boxing, palletizing, and shrink-wrapping.
Qualifications
  • Enthusiastic and motivated, capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and planning abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and communicate clearly with team members.
  • Demonstrated math and reasoning skills, with a proactive approach to daily responsibilities.
  • Physical capability to lift, walk, stoop, bend, reach, and lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is preferred.
  • A high school diploma is required.
  • 2-4 years of experience operating forklifts is preferred.
  • 3 years of experience in warehousing is preferred.
