About the Role

Schwarz Farms, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Wean-Finish Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and well-being of our livestock.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform production tasks in wean-finish sites to optimize animal care, health, and efficiencies
  • Maintain clean facilities and ensure a safe and hygienic environment for the animals
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to implement best practices in animal husbandry and address health concerns promptly
