Escrow Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Escrow Officer to join our team at Fiv Realty Co.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in escrow and a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities will include:

• Opening and processing escrow and title orders
• Packaging escrow instructions and closing files
• Reviewing and understanding preliminary title reports and preparing files for loan documents
• Maintaining communication with all parties involved in the escrow process
• Experience with various types of escrows and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

Requirements include:

• 2+ years of experience in escrow
• Strong communication and time management skills
• A service-oriented mindset and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $100,000+ per year, plus bonus opportunities and other perks.
