Responsibilities- Provide therapeutic nursing interventions under the supervision of RNs, including tube feeds, dressing changes, and more.
- Administer medications upon completion of medication courses.
- Document patient care using the EPIC system.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
- Graduation from an accredited LPN program and current licensure in the State of New York.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices.
This is a clinical setting with a medium work environment, requiring the ability to lift 25 pounds frequently and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
