We are committed to providing exceptional service to our customers, and we're seeking an experienced Plumbing Branch Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations at our branch.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of branch operations, including staffing, training, compliance, and customer satisfaction. This role involves driving revenue growth, managing key performance indicators (KPIs), and fostering a culture of excellence within the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead with passion and accountability, ensuring a positive work environment that aligns with professional standards.
  • Oversee all aspects of branch operations, from staffing and training to compliance and customer satisfaction.
  • Train, develop, and retain service and installation technicians to foster a high-performing team.
  • Cultivate a productive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with industry codes and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Drive sales and profit growth for the branch through effective management and strategic planning.
  • Oversee the training of new technicians.
  • Manage scheduling and performance reviews, ensuring technicians meet or exceed performance expectations.
  • Maintain branch equipment and inventory in a well-organized manner.
  • Monitor financial performance, ensuring cost control and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct routine performance reviews and provide regular feedback to technicians to drive development.
  • Actively manage and drive KPIs, such as revenue, customer satisfaction, and technician productivity.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with upper management to ensure adherence to company-wide objectives and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in the plumbing industry is essential;
  • Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role, with a strong track record of team success and growth.
  • Strong leadership abilities with an emphasis on emotional intelligence—ability to connect with and motivate team members.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to train and mentor team members effectively.
  • High level of integrity and trustworthiness in all business dealings.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
  • Proficient in using management software and tracking tools for KPIs, revenue, and performance metrics.
  • Experience in managing budgets and driving revenue growth.
  • Knowledge of industry codes, safety protocols, and regulations.
