Overnight Caregiver

The Arc of Cumberland and Perry Counties is currently looking for a dedicated full-time entry-level overnight caregiver to provide essential support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Compensation and Benefits

Our caregivers receive a competitive hourly wage of $16.67/hour with an additional $1/hour shift differential. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance at no cost for employee-only coverage. Additionally, our team members benefit from three weeks of paid vacation during the first year of employment, life insurance, long-term disability coverage, a retirement plan, and various voluntary benefits.

Daily Responsibilities

As a caregiver, you will assist individuals with disabilities in achieving their highest level of independence. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting daily living activities such as household maintenance and personal care
• Providing transportation and assistance with medication administration
• Engaging in grocery shopping and meal preparation
• Building meaningful relationships by understanding individual preferences and needs

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Possess a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle during work hours

Respect for confidentiality and a genuine desire to assist others are key attributes for success in this role.

Sunday - Wednesday

8 PM - 8 AM
