Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Advancement Program RN. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our dialysis program.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, to patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and document patient responses and outcomes.
  • Monitor patient vital signs, laboratory results, and other relevant data to ensure safe and effective treatment.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting self-care and independence.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
  • Minimum of 9 months of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in nephrology or hemodialysis.
  • Successful completion of Fresenius Medical Care North America's education and training program.
  • CPR BLS certification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
