Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lube Technician to join our team. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, including cleaning wood, linoleum, tile, and other floors, emptying trash cans, and changing air filters and cleaning vents.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain floors, including wood, linoleum, tile, and other surfaces
  • Empty trash cans and recycling bins
  • Change air filters and clean vents
  • Dust all surfaces, including furniture and equipment
  • Wax floors to maintain a high-gloss finish
  • Order new cleaning supplies through the purchasing department as needed
  • Wash windows and maintain a thorough inventory of supplies and equipment
  • Use commercial vacuums, floor buffers, carpet cleaners, and lawn equipment as needed
  • Collect and take out trash and recycling
Qualifications
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • Ability to lift and move over 50 pounds
  • Knowledge of different cleaning products and tools
  • Time-management and multitasking abilities
  • Physical strength and stamina
  • Organization skills
  • Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
